Who are the Cornwall Youth Work Partnership?
We are:
- an umbrella organisation for voluntary and community sector organisations in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that deliver predominantly youth-focussed services;
- a voice for the voluntary and community sector in Cornwall with representation in the Youth Cornwall Board, Voluntary Sector Forum (VSF), Local Safeguarding Children’s Board (LSCB) and Cornwall Children’s Trust.
- a co-ordination body for our members providing support and helping to increase capacity and improve quality;
- a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity.
What does our website do?
- act as an information portal for voluntary and community organisations in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly;
- provide regular updates on the latest third sector news from the Government and other local, regional, and national governing bodies;
- provide information on our members and who to contact;
- give regular updates on the progress of our externally funded projects;
- enable voluntary and community sector organisations to apply for membership;
- allow members to login to a secure area, download resources and participate in chat forums.
